Hello! I’m Kim, the creator behind PourJoy Art.
After more than 20 years as a graphic and web designer, I discovered abstract fluid art and quickly became fascinated by the tiny details hidden within each painting. Some seemed to call out, “Pick me!” Others revealed themselves only after I looked a little longer.
Before long, I realized I wasn’t painting just to create finished artwork anymore. I was painting to discover those hidden gems that refused to blend into the background.
Today, every piece of jewelry and every framed keepsake begins as one of those details from an original painting.
Along the way, I realized something else.
People are a lot like my paintings. We all have gifts, experiences, and stories that make us unlike anyone else. Sometimes it’s nice to have something that reminds us we’re worth noticing.
